If your wife is having submission issues, using a Taser on her is NOT the proper remedy.
A friend of mine–not Pilgrim–emailed me, jokingly asking, “What if she asked for it? Ya never know…it could have been a consensual sexual act!”

not sure submission falls under “incapacitate dangerous, combative, or high-risk subjects”

I would argue that if her issue is submitting to her restraining order, a Taser may be appropriate.
