He has been through severe training thus far. However, unlike Recon, Guinness is a civilian. He will be providing personal security for the Larijanis when Recon is on his secret missions.
When I went to boot camp (yea, those many years ago) I wound up putting on weight rather than taking it off, as most people did. This one could put some pounds on safely.
@Charles Guinness is starting to put some meat on his bones. Recon is also giving him some close-quarters combat training for those special occasions.
